Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data pptFig collects, how it is used, and how users can contact us regarding data processing.

1. Data we collect

pptFig collects only the minimum data required to operate the product:

  • user email address;
  • Figma ID;
  • number of imports and exports performed.

This data is used to activate access, manage usage limits, operate the license, provide technical support, and analyze general product usage statistics.

2. Data we do not collect

pptFig does not collect, save, or store:

  • user PPTX files;
  • Figma files;
  • presentation content;
  • slide text;
  • images from files;
  • design structure;
  • bank card details;
  • payment credentials.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed through Prodamus.

Bank card details, payment credentials, and other payment information are processed by Prodamus. pptFig does not receive or store this data.

We may receive only the technical information required to confirm payment and send the activation key.

4. PPTX and Figma files

pptFig does not upload user PPTX files or Figma files to our hosting for storage or analysis.

The plugin works within the Figma environment and/or using Figma infrastructure.

Our hosting is used only for the technical delivery of the activation key by email.

5. Analytics

We only see the number of imports and exports performed through the plugin.

We do not see, analyze, or store the content of user files, slides, presentations, or designs.

6. How we use data

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

  • creating and activating the license;
  • sending the activation key by email;
  • counting imports and exports;
  • checking access status;
  • processing support requests;
  • processing refund requests;
  • protecting the product from abuse;
  • improving product stability.

7. Data retention

Email address, Figma ID, and usage statistics may be stored for as long as necessary to provide product access, support the user, comply with legal obligations, and protect against abuse.

The user may request deletion of their data by contacting:

If data deletion makes license verification impossible, access to the plugin may stop working.

8. Sharing data with third parties

Data may be shared only with services required for the product to operate:

  • Figma — to operate the plugin inside the Figma environment;
  • Prodamus — to process payments;
  • hosting and email services — to send the activation key and operate the product technically.

We do not sell users’ personal data to third parties.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

However, no method of data transmission over the internet can be completely secure. The user understands and accepts this risk when using the website and the plugin.

10. User rights

The user may request:

  • information about their data;
  • correction of their data;
  • deletion of their data;
  • restriction of data processing, where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy.

The current version is always available on the website. Continued use of the website or plugin after changes means acceptance of the updated Policy.
